Acepto que EMOTION SPORTS HISPANIA S.L. con NIF B16663148 y dirección en Calle Industria 5, 5o, - 07013 Palma (Illes Balears) trate mis datos de contacto y datos personales de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 de 27 de abril de 2016 (GDPR) y la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales para:
Recibir comunicaciones comerciales e información sobre productos y servicios, tanto personalizados (adaptados a los consumos y servicios que le prestamos) como generales. - Recibir información de productos y servicios y ofertas personalizadas , así como información con tendencias del sector. - Recibir solicitudes para realizar estudios de mercado.
Participar en los análisis estadísticos (utilizando datos para elaborar perfiles individualizados de cliente mediante procedimientos estadísticos), para que la empresa adecúe su oferta y sus comunicaciones a las necesidades del mercado.

EMOTION MANAGEMENT GMBH, ubicada en Austria
MALLORCA LAWN TENNIS COUNTRY CLUB S.L., ubicada en España
Las tres empresas señaladas son colaboradoras del Responsable en la organización de eventos deportivos y resulta necesaria la cesión de sus datos a ellas en caso de inscribirse a cualquier evento o solicitar información sobre cualquier evento.
El Responsable del tratamiento ha suscrito con las empresas señaladas los correspondientes y necesarios contratos de encargo de tratamiento con acuerdo a lo estipulado en la actual normativa de Protección de Datos Personales.
No se comunicarán los datos a otros terceros, salvo obligación legal. No se efectúan transmisiones de datos a terceros países fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo ni a Organizaciones Internacionales.
Al enviar el formulario de contacto usted acepta que e|motion sports Hispania S.L. intercambie sus datos entre e|motion sports Germany GmbH y Mallorca Lawn Tennis Country Club S.L., los procese conjuntamente y los utilice con fines de comunicación, análisis y publicidad por correo electrónico. Data will not be disclosed to other third parties, except when legally required. No data transfers will be made to third countries outside the European Economic Area or to International Organizations.
